Ellen Clark

Administrative Assistant

Ellen Clark is delighted to be part of the Celebrate Independence team, where she focuses on onboarding new staff and contributing to special projects. Throughout her career, she has dedicated herself to helping people learn, grow, and reach their full potential, whether in classrooms, workplaces, or communities. Ellen spent more than a decade with the K12 Inc. network of online charter schools (now Stride Learning), supporting teachers in measuring student learning, designing improvement plans grounded in evidence-based strategies, and conducting studies to enhance instruction. Later, as part of Kaplan’s vocational education and job training division, she partnered with business leaders and trainers to strengthen online, blended, and in-person programs that improved learner outcomes and job performance. That experience deepened her passion for helping people build the skills they need to thrive in their careers and in life. Since then, Ellen has applied her expertise to developing, evaluating, and improving training programs across a wide range of industries. She is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in nursing and volunteers weekly in the emergency department of her local hospital and as a companion to hospice patients and their families. Ellen enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephews, practicing traditional Irish dance, and baking all kinds of sweet treats.
