Celebrate Independence is a Vendor that provides individuals with disabilities who participate in self-direction with direct support staff options. We are hiring one to one direct support staff to provide Personal Support Services (Enhanced), Community Development Servies, and Respite Services to individuals across multiple counties across Maryland. If you have professional, personal, or volunteer experience working with individuals with disabilities and have a passion for supporting others to be their best selves, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities of Personal Support Staff 

Provide individualized support to support independence in the participants’ home and community. Tasks can include but are not limited to activities of daily living, transportation, shopping, community access, and social activities. 

Responsibility of Community Development Staff 

Provide individuals with access and opportunities to participate in community-based activities that are meaningful and support building and strengthening social connections, socialization, life-long learning, recreation, and personal development.
